What are some Southeastern or East-Coast geek, DYI, Sci-Fi & Fantasy conventions?

Theres anime conventions all over the place on the north east coast =/ i dont know if you want to travle this far up but, theres New York Anime festival/Comicon in October in New york City. Theres Otakon in Maryland, theres U-Con (which sucks) in Conneticut, and also Conneticon in Conneticut, theres Anime Next in New Jersy this weekend, and thats all i can think of right now...I hope that was helpful!
