Where can I get a 2005 Nissan Maxima Catalytic Converter in California for cheap?

Nissan of California is trying to charge me 1,200$ for a new Catalytic Converter, and my car needs to be smogged asap, but obviously won't pass smog due to a bad CC. Someone please help me, this is ridiculous!! I am living pay check to pay check with my family, there's no way I can afford this!!!
