Why do people act like they don't have a myspace anymore? and do people really think facebook is that awesome?

Myspace got sloppy and out of control, so I stopped using that crappy site years ago. It constantly kept changing itself to keep up with/out-do every social networking site until it imploded with vacant Myspace profiles filled with tacky .gif images and 10,000+ friends. Facebook feels more comfortable and snappy, especially when keeping up with my friends and family, and it makes meeting up with everyone so much cleaner and simpler. Everyone I know who hates/say they don't use Myspace are telling the solid truth. So....yeah, it's not a pretentious or "narcissistic" thing (ironic, because Myspace was the source of beauty trains and highly-photoshopped self portraits), it's just a better site for most people. As far as meeting sooo many new people, how about you step outside and meet people? It's not so bad.
