50cc Motor Scooter Advice?

Craigslist rocks, but be careful. If the actual engine size is less than 50cc, which most of them that say 50 are actually 49cc, then you do not need a motorcycle license, tag, and I'm pretty sure no insurance. DO NOT buy Chinese crap. My personal favorite would be the Yamaha Zuma 50. The older models (early 2000s) are a little faster from the factory due to emissions restrictions. These restrictions are easily eliminated on a newer model. They are 2 stroke 49cc, which means you will have to add oil to the reservoir, but you get almost the same power out of half the engine size. They have a rediculous amount of mods you can do to these things including big bore kits, clutch kits, exhaust, you name it. Honda Ruckus is also an awesome machine.
