Is it normal that one of my eyebrows is higher and more curved?

Like I have a straight eyebrow w/ not so much of an arch and a curved one w/ an arch. I have side swept bangs to hide one brow but I look ridiculous with mismatching eyebrows when I pin up my bangs. I've tried getting them done/fixed with waxing and threading and my eyebrows end up looking the same -- just cleaner. IDK is this even normal or possible to fix? =__=
